Personal task:  To find out UWL restaurants and menu.

The refectory offers a range of fair-trade speciality coffees and tea, drinks and meals including:

  • Breakfast service: a selection of pastries and freshly made toasties.
  • Lunch service: a new approach to designing your own food – including the Heavenly Burger, hand- made pizzas, soup and pasta. There is also a wide selection of sandwiches, hot jumbo sausage rolls, and jacket potatoes with a filling of the day, puddings and cold sweets.

All the dishes are made on site using local sustainable and quality products.

Pillars is The London College of Hospitality and Tourism’s award-winning training restaurant. The students cook and serve delicious foods and wines from around the world.

It is a specially designed educational environment where students learn the art of fine service and culinary practices.

Chef and Food and Beverage lecturers support our culinary arts and hospitality students, in ensuring that our guests enjoy a contemporary and elegant dining experience.

We reopen for the new semester on Tuesday 2 February 2016.

We will open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for lunch which will be served between 12.00pm and 2.30pm. Last orders for food will be taken at 1.15pm.

Our three course lunch menu is served for £12.45.


We will open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for dinner which will be served between 6.30pm and 9.00pm. Last orders for food will be taken at 7.15pm.

Our three course dinner menu is £18.50 and 2 courses is £16.50.

Afternoon Tea

We will serve an Afternoon Tea on Tuesday 23 February. The prices are £10.00 per person for a traditional afternoon tea and £11.00 per person with a glass of sparkling wine.

We close for the semester on Friday 13 May 2016.

Feast serves lunch for students, staff and visitors at the University’s St Mary’s Road, Ealing site.

All the food is made by our catering students. They serve a variety of lunches, including a fresh salad and pasta bar, soup, a hot menu and vegetarian options, which can be eaten in or taken away, as well as wide selection of fresh fruit and desserts.

Open from 11.45am – 1.30pm, Monday to Friday, during term time.

Students can get two courses for £5, or three for £6

Staff can get two courses for £5.50, or three for £6.50.
